Indonesian Citizens: MUST provide a photo of a valid ID Card (KTP) and Driver's License (SIM A) via the official WhatsApp on this website.
Foreign Nationals: MUST provide a photo of a valid Passport and International Driving Permit (IDP) via our official WhatsApp.
The renter must provide accommodation details (Hotel/Villa) and a contact number. We guarantee that your personal information will not be used for any unlawful purposes.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to reject or cancel a booking for valid reasons, such as incomplete or unclear documentation.
Rental Duration: The standard duration is 24 hours. Overtime will be charged at 10% per hour. If the overtime exceeds 3 hours, it will be charged as a full additional day.
Minimum Rental: Standard rates apply for rentals of 2 or more days. A 1-day rental will be subject to a different rate.
Payment: A down payment (DP) of at least 1 day's rental is required. The remaining balance must be paid upon vehicle delivery. Payments are only accepted via transfer to:

We do not use any other accounts.
Vehicle Inspection: Renters are required to film a video of the vehicle's condition at the start of the rental. Any scratches, dents, or damage found later—even if unknown to the renter—remain the renter's full responsibility. We do not deal with third parties.
Free Delivery: Free delivery to Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, and the Airport is available only during office hours (07:30 – 18:00) for rentals of 2 days or more. 1-day rentals will incur delivery/pickup fees based on distance.
Prohibited Actions: Renters are strictly forbidden from transferring, lending, sub-leasing, pledging, or selling the vehicle to any third party.
Personal Belongings: Please check your items before returning the car. We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items left inside the vehicle.
Vehicle Recovery: We reserve the right to take security measures or reclaim the vehicle unilaterally if safety/security concerns arise. This includes the right to enter premises forcefully if necessary. The renter waives all legal claims regarding such recovery actions.
Repairs: In the event of an accident or breakdown, renters are prohibited from replacing any spare parts or vehicle equipment without explicit permission from Bali Oto Rental Management.
Driving Safety Tips: Driving in Bali (especially North Bali/Singaraja) involves steep hills and sharp turns. On steep descents, you MUST use 'S' or 'L' gear. Do not stay in 'D' gear, as it risks brake overheating and failure. Negligence regarding this instruction is the renter’s full responsibility.
Insurance Policy:
Vehicles are covered by Bali Oto Rental insurance (independent of external insurance). It does not cover third-party liabilities.
In case of an accident, the renter is liable for a deductible/repair fee of up to $500 USD
Insurance is VOID if:
The driver does not have a valid license/International Driving Permit.
The driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Refund Policy: The renter agrees that all payments (including deposits) are non-refundable if any terms of this agreement are violated.
